On the evening of November 30, the Mimosa Pass road, part of National Highway 20, passing through Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong Province, was reopened after a period of temporary suspension due to a landslide that completely broke off a section of the pass.

After a period of construction efforts, the broken section of the mountain pass was replaced with a new road. The construction unit dug the road into the positive slope. The roadbed was paved with asphalt, wide enough for two large cars to pass each other.

Previously, on the night of November 19, Mimosa Pass suffered a serious landslide, an entire section of road dozens of meters long was broken and slid down the cliff, completely paralyzing the pass.

During the closure of Mimosa Pass, all trucks must travel to the center of Da Lat in the direction of Ta Nung Pass (about 20km further than Mimosa Pass). Previously, on the afternoon of November 25, Prenn Pass, the main gateway of Da Lat, also allowed all vehicles (except trucks) to travel again due to a previous landslide. Currently, the main mountain passes leading to the center of Da Lat have returned to normal traffic.
