On the evening of September 28, at the central square of Tam Dao town, Bigally Brocade Fashion Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) in collaboration with Tsubame Travel Vinh Phuc Trading and Tourism Joint Stock Company organized the fashion show “The Pottery Tells the Story”. This is the first fashion event in Vinh Phuc province to bring Huong Canh pottery village into art products.
The program was attended by representatives of local agencies, organizations, departments, branches, and businesses, along with many famous domestic models and beauty queens, and a large audience.

At the show, visitors and residents of Tam Dao town enjoyed musical performances by beauty queens, supermodels, and child models in the collections “Brown Flowers”, “Evening Party”, and “Golden Ceramic Marks”. These collections were designed with inspiration from the brown color of Huong Canh ceramic products as well as the Northwestern brocade material. At the same time, they heard stories about the talented hands of artisans from Huong Canh ceramic village - the people who have breathed life into works of art imbued with Vietnamese identity.
A representative of Bigally Brocade Fashion Joint Stock Company said that the company has long cherished and nurtured the idea of creating a collection to honor the ceramic products of the homeland. These designs are not only modern but also retain the national spirit, becoming messengers telling a profound story about the culture of Vinh Phuc in particular and Vietnam in general.
Ceramic products and fashion collections imbued with traditional culture are displayed and performed at the program.
The collections presented in the show “The Potter Tells the Story” are not only about fashion but also act as a bridge between art and community, connecting traditional values with contemporary life, contributing to awakening the vitality of Huong Canh pottery village to future generations. This is also an opportunity for designers and artists to share their passion for creativity, while conveying their intense love for fashion and traditional culture.
At the end of the performance, the Organizing Committee auctioned off a number of ceramic, porcelain and special costumes at the program. All proceeds from the auction will be sent to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support the people in the northern mountainous region affected by storms and floods.
The event has brought a new color, unique experience for tourists when coming to Tam Dao; gradually affirming Tam Dao town as the leading tourist destination combining music and art in Vietnam. At the same time, the activity aims to connect tours so that tourists can know and experience the history of formation and development of Huong Canh pottery village.
This is also an activity to promote, advertise and attract more and more tourists to Tam Dao tourist area in particular and Vinh Phuc in general.
