On the morning of November 12, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Food Industry Exhibition - Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 was held, organized by the Trade Promotion Agency ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ). The event is free and lasts until November 15.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Thang, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, said that Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 brings together thousands of domestic and foreign enterprises, displaying agricultural products, aquatic products, processed foods, beverages, machinery and processing technology. The event recorded more than 2,000 registrations from buyers from more than 50 countries.

“Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 will continue to be an opportunity for connection, cooperation and technology transfer, contributing to improving the competitiveness of Vietnam's food industry," Deputy Minister Phan Thi Thang emphasized.
According to the Organizing Committee, Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 will be large-scale with over 500 booths of nearly 400 Vietnamese and international enterprises - from Korea, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Finland, Poland, Sweden, India, Thailand, Brazil, Italy, Malaysia,...

At the exhibition area, many booths displayed a variety of regional specialties and new products such as mango, watermelon, coffee, tea, pepper, sausage, vermicelli, rice, seafood, milk... attracting a large number of visitors.
The highlight of the exhibition is that Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company introduced the online version of Vietnam Foodexpo 2025 on the Arobid TradeXpo technology platform, part of the ecosystem researched and developed by Vietnamese enterprises.

The platform offers 3D booth space and VR360 virtual reality experiences, allowing attendees to explore the exhibition without being physically present.
Mr. Tran Van Chin, Chairman of Arobid, said this is not only a digital exhibition platform, but also a comprehensive solution to help Vietnamese businesses transform their approach to the market.
With TradeXpo, businesses can reduce costs by 50% to 80%, while expanding export markets faster and more effectively.

At the Dh Foods booth, Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung, founder and CEO, introduced a series of new products such as squid vermicelli, matcha vermicelli, rice paper, Quang noodles, pho noodles, and spirulina vermicelli, priced at around 20,000 VND/package, depending on the type.
"Currently, these products are being offered in supermarkets and we are also aiming to export to other markets around the world. Dh Foods will have good policies for each partner when meeting at this exhibition" - Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung said.

Cholimex Food booth also attracts customers with promotions: a bill of 40,000 VND will give you a package of beefsteak sauce worth 10,000 VND, a bottle of chili sauce from 60,000 VND, an oyster sauce or chili sauce from 80,000 VND, and a bottle of Cholimex fish sauce from 120,000 VND.
Some other booths gave out check-in gifts such as handbags, seaweed, cheese, sauce... creating a lively atmosphere for the exhibition.


Trade connection activities between domestic and foreign enterprises take place vigorously.
