Young referees
Speaking at the closing ceremony, VFF General Secretary Nguyen Van Phu highly appreciated the spirit of participation in the training course by the supervisors and referees, and emphasized the VFF's expectations for the 2026 season. On December 14th, the 2026 U.19 National Championship will kick off, initiating a series of tournaments at the U.16, U.17, U.19, U.21 levels, and beyond. The VFF General Secretary hoped that the referees would demonstrate decisiveness, accuracy, and impartiality in every match; and that the supervisors would perform their professional roles well, contributing to ensuring the quality and prestige of the tournaments in the new season.
An important part of the program was the signing of contracts between the VFF and supervisors and referees before officially assigning them the task of officiating national football leagues.
This initiative not only has legal significance but also demonstrates the trust and commitment of the VFF to supporting the supervisory and refereeing teams in building a fair, transparent, and professional competition environment.
At the end of the program, representatives from the VFF presented certificates and official badges to the supervisors and referees who had completed the training course.
