At the festival, a large number of officials, union members, and people of Nam Gianh commune participated in preparing ingredients and wrapping banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes) in a joyful, warm atmosphere, imbued with the spirit of solidarity and sharing.
This activity not only contributes to preserving the beauty of traditional Tet culture but also provides an opportunity for the community to come together and support those less fortunate.

After a period of campaigning, the program received a positive response from agencies, units, businesses, and philanthropists. At the event, the organizing committee distributed 1,000 gift packages worth 800 million VND to poor households, near-poor households, and disadvantaged families in the commune. Each gift package included a pair of sticky rice cakes and 500,000 VND in cash, helping families have a more fulfilling and warm Tet holiday.
