Later that afternoon, a delegation from the Provincial Police, led by Colonel Le Tan Vinh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, visited and presented Tet gifts to disadvantaged households, families of policy beneficiaries, and local security and order forces in the communes of Ta An Khuong, Tan Thuan, Tan Tien, and Ganh Hao.
Colonel Le Tan Vinh, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, and Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ganh Hao Commune, presented gifts to the forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level and to households in difficult circumstances in Ganh Hao Commune.
At each location visited, the delegation visited and presented 117 gift packages (including cash and essential goods) with a total value of over 70 million VND. The funding was raised by the Provincial Police through donations from benefactors.

Ten stalls were set up, displaying a variety of essential necessities for people to choose suitable items for their family's Tet shopping baskets at a price of 0 dong. The total cost of the program was 70 million dong, equivalent to 140 gift packages, contributed by members of the Provincial Police Women's Association and through donations from benefactors.
The "Spring of Love" program of the Women's Committee of the Provincial Police Department contributes to ensuring that people can celebrate Tet (Lunar New Year) in a warm and fulfilling manner.
In addition to welfare activities, officers from the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department of the Provincial Police also combine this with disseminating information and guiding people on how to identify common online scams, aiming to help people raise their awareness of criminal tactics that often increase during the period leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year).
