Spreading love through the "Warm Winter - Loving Spring" program.

On January 17th, at Ta Phoi No. 2 Primary and Secondary School, the Hop Thanh Commune Youth Union, in coordination with the Vietnam Apatite Company Limited Youth Union, organized the "Warm Winter - Loving Spring" program. This is a meaningful annual activity aimed at sharing difficulties, providing motivation for poor students, and supporting disadvantaged families to celebrate the Lunar New Year in a warm and compassionate manner.

Attending the program were Comrade Khuong Manh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Hop Thanh Commune People's Committee; Comrade Ta Xuan Truong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam Apatite Company Limited; a large number of students from Ta Phoi No. 2 Primary and Secondary School and disadvantaged families in the area.

The Youth Union of Vietnam Apatite Company Limited presented 20 Tet gifts to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

The Youth Union of Vietnam Apatite Company Limited donated warm blankets to 10 disadvantaged families in Xeo Ta 1 village.

At the event, the Youth Union of Vietnam Apatite Company Limited presented 20 Tet (Lunar New Year) gift packages (each worth 500,000 VND) to 20 disadvantaged students of Ta Phoi No. 2 Primary and Secondary School; warm blankets and 81 jackets to students of Xeo Ta Kindergarten; and 10 warm blankets to 10 disadvantaged families in Xeo Ta village. In addition, the program also provided 5 million VND worth of medicine to be distributed to people who came for health check-ups.

Besides social welfare work, the youth of the two units also focused on spearheading the construction of new rural areas. After a period of intensive construction, the youth project "Solar Powered Road" in Xeo Ta 1 village has been officially completed. With 20 lampposts illuminating 1 km of the main road, the total project cost 42 million VND. The project has helped people travel more conveniently, ensuring traffic safety and security.

The 2026 Volunteer Program is an activity to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Through this, it affirms the pioneering role of youth in supporting the people to stabilize their lives and jointly build a new rural landscape.
