On each fish raft, the owners both raise fish and live like a normal house on land. The fish rafts are located close together, stretching about 4km.

In order to attract tourists, the Trade and Investment Promotion Center of An Giang province has implemented the project "Colorful raft village at Chau Doc river junction", painting 6 colors (red, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple) for more than 160 fish rafts located in Da Phuoc town, An Phu district.
Currently, over 50 fish rafts have been "repainted", initially creating a beautiful effect. After the painting is completed, the project is expected to call for social participation to install LED lights in the painted colors, creating a unique, colorful highlight at night.

The completed project promises to create a unique and special landscape of the Mekong Delta, because the terrain from above will be interwoven and connected, colorful patches, a unique highlight of the river junction area viewed from many directions.

Tourists can go by boat from Chau Doc or by car to Da Phuoc commune, then get on the boat to visit the raft village, experience the life of the people on rafts, and how people raise aquatic products in cages.

After that, visitors can visit Cham village, Masjid Al-Ehsan mosque, see the traditional brocade weaving of Cham people, and experience life with local people.
