One of two clips posted on Ramzan's account on September 17.
On September 17, two video clips were uploaded to Ramzan Kadyrov’s account. In the first clip, he is seen walking in an unspecified location. He is smiling but his face appears swollen.
In the second clip, he speaks Chechen, then switches to Russian and says "let's do sports ", according to AFP on September 18.
"I really advise those who can't tell the difference between truth and lies on the internet to take a walk, breathe some fresh air and think carefully," according to the caption appearing on the clip.
"Rain can be wonderfully invigorating," according to the clip.
Chechen leader Kadyrov posts video of walk, denies serious illness
However, Western media said that the time of filming of the two clips is still unknown, after Ukrainian military intelligence said that the leader is seriously ill. Some sources even said that he is in a coma.
"The information (that Mr. Ramzan is seriously ill) is confirmed by many sources from the medical and political sides," Obozrevatel quoted Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Ukrainian military intelligence branch, as saying a few days ago.
According to Obozrevatel, Mr. Ramzan's health condition is not due to injury, but a long-standing illness.
Mr Ramzan was one of the supporters of Russia's launching of a special military operation in Ukraine and Chechen brigades fought alongside Russian forces in Ukraine.
Chechen leaders have long described themselves as "foot soldiers" of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
