Chief of the Central Party Office presents gifts to wounded soldiers, war invalids, and workers.
On behalf of the Party Committee, government, and people of Ninh Binh province, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong gave a brief report on some outstanding results in socio- economic development in 2025 and the situation regarding preparations and organization of Tet (Lunar New Year) in the province.
In 2025, Ninh Binh province's economy continued to maintain high growth momentum, with a GRDP growth rate of 10.65%, ranking 3rd out of 34 provinces and cities. State budget revenue in the province reached VND 78,369 billion, equivalent to 152.17% of the central government's assigned target. The socio-cultural sector achieved many positive results; social security was ensured; national defense and security were maintained; foreign affairs and international integration were implemented proactively and effectively, contributing to maintaining a stable environment for development.
As of February 7th, the entire province had organized visits and birthday celebrations for the elderly, and distributed over 257,000 Tet gifts to war veterans, poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances, with a total budget of over 122.4 billion VND. The distribution and giving of gifts were carried out promptly, to the right recipients, openly and transparently, ensuring that everyone and every family could celebrate Tet.

Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Central Party Office, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of Ninh Binh province; and expressed his hope that the province would continue to promote the spirit of unity, innovation, and creativity, effectively exploit its potential and advantages, and strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks set for the new year. The province needs to pay attention to planning, expanding the regional transportation network to facilitate investment attraction and socio-economic development; focus on training high-quality human resources and vocational training; prioritize Party building and the building of local governments at both levels; and consolidate the great national unity...
Earlier, the Central Delegation visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers receiving treatment at the Duy Tien Rehabilitation Center for Wounded Soldiers in Duy Tien Ward, Ninh Binh Province.
Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Central Party Office, expressed his emotion and respect for the great sacrifices and contributions of wounded and sick soldiers; and emphasized that the Party, the State, and the people will always remember the contributions of previous generations.
The Duy Tien War Invalids Rehabilitation Center in Ninh Binh province currently manages, cares for, treats, and fully implements policies and regulations for 49 severely wounded and sick soldiers from 9 provinces and cities nationwide, as well as one relative of a fallen soldier. The majority of these wounded and sick soldiers have a reduced working capacity of 81-100%, and suffer from specific injuries and illnesses requiring 24/7 medical care and support.
The Central Delegation also visited and presented Tet gifts to poor households and disadvantaged workers in the Bao Minh Industrial Park, Lien Minh commune, Ninh Binh province. There, the delegation presented 30 gift packages to representatives of policy beneficiaries and poor households; 30 gift packages to outstanding workers; and presented symbolic plaques to representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province and the Provincial Labor Union to donate 540 gift packages to poor households and disadvantaged workers in the province.

Also on February 10th, a delegation of leaders from the National Assembly's committees visited, extended New Year greetings, and presented gifts to union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances in Luong Hoa and Ba Tri communes, Vinh Long province, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026 (Year of the Horse).
Speaking at a meeting with workers and laborers, Major General Vo Van Hoi, a full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs, kindly inquired about the lives, jobs, and incomes of the workers; and praised the efforts of businesses in caring for the welfare and creating stable jobs for their employees.
Major General Vo Van Hoi affirmed that the Party, the State, and the National Assembly always pay attention to the lives and jobs of workers, especially those directly involved in production who are facing difficulties. Therefore, the workforce continues to strive and remain committed to enterprises to ensure income, stabilize their lives, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality and the country.
Major General Vo Van Hoi expressed his hope that businesses and all levels and sectors would continue to pay attention to and coordinate efforts to improve the lives and working conditions of workers. In addition, local authorities should focus on supporting businesses to operate effectively, contributing to job stability and improving the lives of workers.

Ms. Dang Thi My Hanh (a member of the Trade Union at Ben Tre Import-Export Joint Stock Company) expressed her joy and emotion at the concern shown by the Party, National Assembly, State leaders, the Trade Union, and the company for the lives of workers. According to Ms. Hanh, the Tet gifts are a great source of encouragement, helping workers feel more secure in their work and committed to the company in the long term.
On this occasion, in Luong Hoa commune, the National Assembly Committee delegation presented 10 gifts to workers from impoverished households, each worth 2 million VND; and 50 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each including 1 million VND in cash and Tet gifts.
In Ba Tri commune, the delegation presented 50 Tet gifts to disadvantaged workers from Ty Thanh Limited Company, JSB International Vina Limited Company, and Tan Long Mekong Company. Each gift included 1 million VND in cash and Tet gifts.
