
Attending the flower and incense offering ceremony were comrades Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Tri Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council - Provincial People's Committee; delegates of the provincial armed forces; representatives of the leaders of departments, branches, Tam Ky City and Dien Ban Town.

Before the flower and incense offering ceremony, delegates observed a moment of silence to commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong - a great intellectual and talent of the Vietnamese revolution, an ideologist, a culturalist, a theorist of the Party, who devoted his whole life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and our nation, living his whole life for the country and the people.

In a solemn atmosphere at the Monument of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegations respectfully laid wreaths with the words: "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs", "Forever grateful to the heroic Vietnamese Mothers" and offered incense to commemorate the great contributions and sacrifices of generations of fathers, brothers, compatriots, and soldiers; to express gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic Vietnamese Mothers to the revolutionary cause of national liberation, for peace , prosperity, and happiness today.


Upholding the revolutionary tradition of Quang Nam, the delegates vowed to constantly strive to cultivate and promote the spirit of solidarity and unity; overcome difficulties and challenges, join hands to build Quang Nam to develop rapidly and sustainably, and increasingly better care for the material and spiritual lives of the people.
