The delegation visited and presented gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, along with gifts from the Provincial Military Command, to three families, including: War invalid Ho Van Xe in Ta Rung village, Huong Lap commune; war invalid Ho Thi De in Raly - Rao village, Huong Phung commune; and sick soldier Ho A Von in Tan Lap commune.

At the families, Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa and the members of the delegation kindly asked about their health and life, encouraged their spirits and expressed their deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of the wounded and sick soldiers and their relatives in the cause of fighting for independence and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, they affirmed the determination of the generations of officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Quang Tri province today to continue to promote the tradition and nature of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", uphold the sense of responsibility, contribute to building a strong national defense posture, preserving the independence, sovereignty and peace of the Fatherland.
On this occasion, Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa and members of the delegation offered incense at the Memorial House of 22 soldiers of Economic - Defense Group 337, Military Region 4, to commemorate the soldiers who sacrificed their lives while performing relief missions and overcoming the consequences of floods in Huong Phung commune, Quang Tri province in October 2020.
