Lao Cai looks forward to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

These days, many communes and wards in Lao Cai province are adorned with flags and flowers, spreading a spirit of emulation in anticipation of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Joining the vibrant emulation movement nationwide, Lao Cai province has donned a fresh, colorful appearance to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. From central cities to mountainous and border regions, everywhere is filled with Party flags, national flags, banners, and propaganda slogans, creating an atmosphere of excitement and pride that spreads widely among cadres, Party members, and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

Throughout the main roads, residential areas, government offices, schools, parks, and squares, a system of visual propaganda panels and posters is arranged synchronously and harmoniously, prominently displaying concise and impactful messages that clearly express the significance and importance of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam – a major political event for the entire Party, people, and army. As a result, the urban space of Lao Cai has become more spacious, vibrant, imbued with the spirit of spring and the anticipation of the Congress.
