Thang Dien commune plans to develop two resettlement areas in An My and An Phuoc villages, covering a total area of approximately 11.3 hectares, allocating 282 plots of land ranging from 150-200m2 each to create new lives for affected residents.
The resettlement areas are equipped with green spaces, drainage ditches, and complete technical infrastructure for the residents. Both planned resettlement areas are located on agricultural land.
During the consultation meeting, the residents also agreed with the plan to build a resettlement area to serve the high-speed railway project.
Simultaneously, recommendations were made to expand drainage ditches; reclaim additional land not included in the resettlement plan; and allocate 250-300m2 per plot to provide resettled people with additional land for cultivation...
