Seeking opinions on adjusting the planning of Tuyen Quang province

On the afternoon of December 8, comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee chaired an online conference with the Party Committees of the communes: Lam Quang, Lam Binh, Binh An, Vi Xuyen, Viet Lam, Thuong Son and Tan Quang to collect opinions on adjusting the planning of Tuyen Quang province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 and giving opinions on the preparation for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the term 2026 - 2031.

At the meeting, the leaders of the communes reported on the preparations for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the area. Up to now, the localities have established Steering Committees and Election Committees in accordance with regulations; well implemented the steps of reviewing population fluctuations and preparing the list of voters; propaganda work has been widely deployed to villages, hamlets, and residential groups; political security and social order and safety have been maintained...

Participating in the comments on the Adjustment of Tuyen Quang Province Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, localities have proposed a number of contents such as: Adding inter-commune roads, directly connecting with key traffic axes of the province to attract investment, strengthen connectivity, and develop inter-regional economy ; adjusting ineffective rice land areas to land for production, business and service development, expanding land fund for urban infrastructure development; planning cultural conservation space associated with community tourism in potential areas; ensuring synchronization between the provincial planning with the general planning of commune construction and the old district-level land use planning...

Discussing at the conference, delegates discussed the contents of the planning proposals of the communes that need to be consistent and integrated with the land use planning adjustment and general orientation of Tuyen Quang province; clarifying the proposed content and reasons for adjustment.

Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Hung Vuong delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Nguyen Hung Vuong suggested that, regarding planning adjustments, the Party Committees of communes assign the People's Committees of communes, based on the old plans, to preside over the review, collect opinions from sectors, and prepare an official report to send to the Department of Finance and the Provincial People's Committee, specifically on the contents that need to be kept, adjusted, and supplemented to be close to the actual situation, suitable to the development space, potential, and strengths of each locality.

Regarding the election, he requested the Election Committees of communes to closely follow the progress, time, and work to implement in accordance with regulations; at the same time, resolutely carry out political tasks in the locality, especially the task of disbursing public investment capital and collecting budget; promote administrative reform, apply information technology, and strongly transform digitally to effectively operate the 2-level local government model.
