Bac Ninh Labor Federation and Provincial Police signed a cooperation program to protect workers' rights.

The enhanced coordination between the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and the Bac Ninh Provincial Police marks an important step forward in enhancing worker security, economic security and building a stable working environment in the locality.

On the afternoon of November 9, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, the People's Public Security Trade Union and the Economic Security Department (Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security) held a signing ceremony for the Coordination Regulations and Coordination Program.

At the signing ceremony, the two sides agreed to implement two key cooperation documents: Coordination regulations between the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor and the People's Public Security Trade Union; Coordination program between the Industrial Parks (IPs) Trade Union Board and the Economic Security Department (Bac Ninh Provincial Police). These documents aim to establish a regular and close coordination mechanism between the Trade Union organization and the Public Security force in areas directly related to workers, civil servants and laborers.

The cooperation focuses on five main groups. First, ensuring economic security and social order in industrial zones, promptly detecting, preventing and handling security risks, creating a safe investment and production environment. Second, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; supporting the resolution of security and safety issues related to life and work. Third, strengthening coordination in propaganda, legal education , crime prevention, social evils and violations of the law in labor relations. Fourth, regularly exchanging information on workers' living conditions, labor disputes, strikes, as well as plots to exploit and incite by hostile forces. Fifth, coordinating activities to care for the material and spiritual life, training and coaching to raise workers' legal awareness and self-protection skills.

This signing event is considered a proactive and practical solution to meet the new requirements in maintaining worker security in Bac Ninh province - a locality with a large labor force and strong industrial development. The enhanced coordination between the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Police force is expected to create a solid "shield", contributing to building a strong working class and ensuring a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment in the new period.
