Delegates attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phu Dong High-Rise Residential and Commercial Complex Project.
The project is built on a 6,993.2 m² plot of land, with an investment of nearly 600 billion VND, comprising 2 basement levels and 22 above-ground floors. The podium (floors 1 to 3) is for commercial and service purposes, while the tower (floors 3 to 22) houses 610 apartments.
The project aims to create a modern complex that partially meets the housing and commercial needs, especially for young people. The developer is implementing the project with the motto "not just building apartments, but building living spaces," offering diverse styles and expected prices ranging from 20-25 million VND/m², ensuring quality and enhancing the living experience for residents.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Que emphasized: "Today's groundbreaking ceremony takes place at a very significant time; tomorrow, January 19, 2026, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam will officially open. Implementing the project at this time is a practical action and a meaningful project by the enterprise and the locality to celebrate the National Party Congress. This is an expression of responsibility and determination to compete in labor and production, contributing to the overall success of this great national event."
