This is a favorable condition for the socio -economic development of the locality, especially in cultural exchange and cooperation in investment, trade, and tourism.

Congratulating the event, the Consul General of Vietnam in Khon Kaen, Thailand, Dinh Hoang Linh, highlighted significant milestones in the trilateral relationship between Vietnam, Thailand, and China. 2025 marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China, and also the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China. 2026 will mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand (September 6, 1996 - August 6, 2026).
