The strategic cooperation agreement between T-ERA High-Tech Corporation and Mobifone Solutions is a significant milestone in realizing the high-tech and digital transformation strategy.
In order to realize its high-tech development strategy and gradually achieve its digital transformation goals, on January 12, 2026, T-ERA High-Tech Corporation ( thuộc Tân Á Đại Thành Group) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mobifone Digital Solutions Joint Stock Company (Mobifone Solutions).
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Tan A Dai Thanh Group with the presence of senior leaders from both sides, including: Mr. Nguyen Duy Chinh – General Director of Tan A Dai Thanh Group, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu – Standing Deputy General Director of the Group, General Director of T-ERA High-Tech Corporation, and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong – General Director of Mobifone Solutions.

Starting as a leading enterprise in the production of household metal products and building materials, Tan A Dai Thanh Group is undergoing a strong transformation in high-tech and real estate sectors, aiming to enhance its competitiveness and achieve sustainable development in the new phase.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu emphasized that Tan A Dai Thanh's digital transformation is not simply about short-term solutions or investing in individual software, but rather a long-term strategy aimed at building a core technology platform capable of pilot deployment, standardization, and scaling up across the entire ecosystem.
This need stems from the diversified operational structure of Tan A Dai Thanh Group across three strategic pillars: Industry, High Technology, and Real Estate. In particular, with its real estate segment encompassing resort urban areas, model urban areas, and industrial parks, the Group aims to integrate technology to improve management efficiency, optimize operations, and enhance amenities for residents and customers.
Based on that, T-ERA sought a partner with both technical capabilities and a systems thinking mindset, as well as experience in large-scale deployment. Mr. Tu affirmed: “Mobifone Solutions is a capable partner that can deliver long-term value and solutions . At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong – General Director of Mobifone Solutions – stated that Mobifone Solutions focuses on developing technology to serve people, businesses, and the Government , and has experience in providing solution systems designed to suit the practical operational needs of large-scale enterprises.
According to Mr. Truong, one of the key highlights is the Private Network solution – a model combining telecommunications and information technology to build a secure, stable, and optimized digital infrastructure for data transmission, exchange, and system operation.
“This solution simultaneously applies telecommunications and information technology to build a digital infrastructure for transmitting and exchanging digital data , serving the operation of the business system. When successfully implemented, this will be an important foundation for Tan A Dai Thanh and its member units to complete their digital transformation , ” Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong emphasized.
In addition, Mobifone Solutions also proposed a Smart City development model for Tan A Dai Thanh Group's real estate projects, with typical applications such as energy management, infrastructure, environmental sensors, and AI-integrated security cameras, contributing to improving the operational quality and living experience of residents.
Energy-saving solutions and Digital Twin – prioritizing a "quick-win" approach for noticeable results.
Beyond strategic direction, representatives from Mobifone Solutions' Digital Infrastructure Department presented detailed solutions with high applicability, notably a smart energy-saving solution integrated with AI, aimed at optimizing operating costs in the context of fluctuating energy prices.
A technical representative from Mobifone Solutions shared that the system has been implemented in large-scale businesses and has the potential to deliver significant cost savings, while also allowing for highly accurate assessment and commitment to savings levels after the trial operation phase.
Simultaneously, the Digital Twin solution was introduced as a central platform, enabling comprehensive management of factories, industrial parks, and urban areas on a unified system. When combined with security, fire protection, and production line control solutions, Digital Twin will contribute to building a smart, transparent, and efficient operational ecosystem.
At the end of the program, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu highly appreciated the practicality of the proposals, especially the "quick-win" solution groups that can be prioritized for implementation to measure effectiveness in the short term. At the same time, the General Director of T-ERA affirmed that he would focus resources on coordinating the resolution of obstacles, developing a systematic plan, and reporting specific results to the Group's leadership.
