Vietnam men's volleyball match schedule at SEA Games 33

VHO - The 33rd SEA Games Organizing Committee has just announced the schedule for the men's indoor volleyball competition at the Games taking place in December in Thailand.

Accordingly, the men's indoor volleyball event of SEA Games 33 will start from December 13 to 19 in Bangkok (Thailand).

The Vietnamese men's team is actively training to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games.

Coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team are in group A with Thailand (host), Singapore and Laos; group B includes Indonesia (reigning champion), Cambodia, Philippines and Myanmar.

The teams compete in a round robin in each group, with the top two teams advancing to the semi-finals.

According to the schedule, the Vietnamese men's volleyball team will meet the Lao team in the first match at 3:00 p.m. on December 13.

After that, the Vietnamese team will meet the Singapore team at 5:30 p.m. on December 14. In the final match of the group stage, the Vietnamese team will meet the host Thailand at 5:30 p.m. on December 16.

The men's semi-finals will be held on December 18. The final will be held on December 19.

This year, the target for the Vietnamese men's team is to strive to win medals.

At the 32nd SEA Games in 2023 in Cambodia, the Vietnamese men's team won the bronze medal after a 3-1 victory over Thailand in the third-place match.

Currently, the team is training in Bac Ninh and will move to the South for training in early December.

17:30 December 14: Vietnam - Singapore

17:30 December 16: Thailand - Vietnam
