The 2025 International Food Festival, themed "Trip of Flavors - A Taste Journey Across Five Continents", is an opportunity to honor and promote the unique values of Vietnamese and international culinary culture. The event also opens up opportunities to promote cultural diplomacy , expand international cooperation and spread the image of a friendly, creative and integrated Vietnam.

The 2025 International Food Festival is directed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conjunction with the main sponsors - Masan Consumer Corporation (Masan Consumer - MCH), Habeco and Bluezone. This year's event is elaborately prepared, expanded in scale, with nearly 120 food stalls from embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers and local foreign affairs departments and large enterprises.
The 2025 International Food Festival also marks a strong change in organization and experience when applying digital technology for the first time with the "Digital Interactive Corner" - where visitors can look up program information, view event maps, learn about typical dishes of each country, and participate in modern multimedia experiences.
In addition, there are a series of new and creative activities such as: "Borderless Cuisine Diary", "Fashion Food Show", "Global Beer Fest", "ASEAN Common Roof" areas, "Global Cuisine Avenue" and "Three Regions of Vietnam", bringing a colorful taste journey where cuisine, culture and people blend in the same open, vibrant space.

According to Ms. Hoang Thu Nga - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the International Food Festival 2025, this year's theme is to honor cuisine as a journey of emotions and connections, where each dish is not only about flavor but also about the culture, history and identity of each country. Through each dish, the festival not only shares flavor but also shares creativity, mutual understanding and inspires the spirit of cooperation.
"With the participation of more than 120 domestic and international booths, this year's festival promises to bring a colorful picture of global culinary quintessence. At the same time, affirm the image of Vietnam as a common home of world culture" - Ms. Hoang Thu Nga affirmed.
This festival also marks a new step forward in the quality of organization, when the performance activities, cultural exchanges and culinary experiences are designed to be richer and more multi-dimensional, creating a space for complete enjoyment for the public and international friends.
The event not only introduces the beauty of global culinary culture, but also spreads the message of a dynamic, friendly Vietnam ready to connect for peace, cooperation and development.

The International Food Festival is one of the annual events to promote cultural and culinary exchanges between Vietnam and international friends. The event is expected to have the participation of many embassies, foreign cultural centers, foreign affairs departments representing provinces, cities, businesses and units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The event contributes to strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding, while promoting cultural diplomacy and connecting relationships between foreign diplomatic agencies and local Foreign Affairs Departments through annual cultural and culinary exchange activities.
