The 6th International Experimental Theatre Festival took place in Ninh Binh from November 20-30.

On November 14, at the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh, the Organizing Committee of the 6th International Experimental Theatre Festival, 2025 held a conference to deploy tasks to serve the 6th International Experimental Theatre Festival.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh ; People's Artist Trinh Thuy Mui, President of the Vietnam Stage Artists Association; representatives of relevant departments and branches; members of the Festival Organizing Committee; representatives of localities with Festival activities...

On behalf of the Festival Organizing Committee, the leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh reported on the Plan to coordinate the organization of the 6th International Experimental Theatre Festival in Ninh Binh.

Delegates attending the conference contributed ideas and agreed on tasks to coordinate the organization of the Festival in the following areas: healthcare , security and order, traffic safety, food hygiene and safety, logistics, reception, information, propaganda, street parade activities of art troupes, etc.

Accordingly, the 6th International Experimental Theatre Festival will take place from November 20 to November 30, 2025. The Festival will be attended by 400 artists and actors from 10 international art units and 19 domestic art units. The performances of the participating troupes will take place at two locations: Pham Thi Tran Theater and the Provincial Convention Center.

The opening ceremony of the Festival will take place at 8:10 p.m. on November 20 at Pham Thi Tran Theater. The street parade of art troupes will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on November 20.

The 6th International Experimental Theatre Festival in 2025 is a cultural and artistic event to introduce and honor Vietnamese and international theatrical works with new ideological, artistic and creative values. Thereby, creating a playground, an opportunity to exchange, learn, and exchange professional and technical experiences for domestic artists with international colleagues. Promoting and introducing the unique cultural and artistic values ​​of Vietnam in general, Ninh Binh province in particular, to domestic and international friends. This is the 6th festival to be held and the first time to be held in Ninh Binh province.

The festival is organized by the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province in coordination with the Vietnam Stage Artists Association.
