BTO-The Binh Thuan Elderly Association's representative board has just coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to complete the rehearsal of the 2023 Elderly Singing Festival program, preparing for the regional Elderly Singing Festival in Khanh Hoa province next October.

The representative board selected the Ham Thuan Bac district art troupe to participate at the regional level with songs praising the homeland, beloved Uncle Ho... with voices that, despite their old age, still sing very "quality", emotional, and strong, attracting audiences to come and watch the performance.
