The 2025 revolutionary song propaganda festival "Hung Yen Police Youth - Proud Melody" with the theme: "Hung Yen Police Youth cultivates morality, practices manners, respects honor, is proud of tradition, is proactive in making achievements, forgets himself for the country, serves the people". This is a practical activity to strengthen political and ideological education for union members and youth of the Provincial Police; encourages union members and youth to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, determination to train and contribute, compete to achieve achievements in implementing the Resolution of the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 8th Central Public Security Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and welcomes the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Provincial Police, term 2025 - 2030.

Immediately after the opening program, competitions took place from units: Criminal Police Department, Personnel Organization Department, Office of Investigation Police Agency, Economic Security Department... including performances with the theme of praising the Party and Uncle Ho, the People's Public Security force and love for the homeland and country.
