The program attracted the participation of many union officials and propagandists in charge of sending workers to work abroad in wards and communes in the area.

In the period of 2021 - 2025 , Hue city sent 9,157 workers to work abroad under contracts; in 2025 alone, 2,516 workers went abroad. Of which, the Bank for Social Policies Disbursed preferential loans to 1,350 workers , totaling more than 101 billion VND . Many workers, after returning, have capital and skills, actively contributing to the local economic development.

At the training course, the trainees listened to the reporter present the situation of the overseas labor market, which clearly stated that there are currently about 900,000 Vietnamese workers working in more than 40 countries and territories, with annual remittances reaching over 5 billion USD. The three key markets include Japan, Taiwan (China) and South Korea, accounting for over 90% of the total number of exported workers.

In addition, trainees are also introduced to support policies, selection processes, rights and obligations of employees when participating in the program, and at the same time exchange, discuss and share practical experiences in the process of implementing consulting and advocacy work at the grassroots level.

The training course is an important preparatory step to help Hue city continue to effectively implement the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, expand employment opportunities, and increase income for people, especially in rural areas.
