On the morning of November 29, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with VnExpress Newspaper andFPT Online Services Joint Stock Company to organize the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Festival - Vietnam iContent 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City.

Theanh28 Entertainment representative especially emphasized the problem of how to synchronize information on platforms, quickly but still ensure accuracy and responsibility.
"Is the responsibility for providing false information and selling fake and poor quality goods only the responsibility of KOCs and KOLs?" - Theanh28 Entertainment representative raised the issue.
Responding, Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, said that relevant units found that many KOLs and KOCs still lack legal knowledge.
Therefore, this program will focus on raising awareness and increasing "resistance" for KOLs and KOCs against temptations of personal gain. When mastering the regulations, content creators will easily identify violations.
However, according to Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, in this story there is also the responsibility of social networking platforms.
The leader of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information noted that the three major platforms in Vietnam, including Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, need to continue to disseminate knowledge, deploy filters and features to warn users of violating content.
In addition, state management agencies play a key role, responsible for continuously updating information, applying technology to scan for violations, and maintaining connections with KOL and KOC teams to provide data and effective communication orientation.
