According to The Athleti c, Bayern Munich have offered €67.5m (around £58.6m) to sign the Liverpool winger. However, Liverpool value the Colombian at €100m, and they have no intention of letting him leave Anfield in the summer transfer window of 2025.
Diaz's contract with Liverpool runs until 2027, but the player has shown no signs of renewing. The Colombian star is unhappy with his current salary (estimated at £55,000/week, much lower than Darwin Núñez or Mohamed Salah).
According to The Guardian , Diaz has informed Liverpool's board that he wants to leave this summer, with Bayern Munich and Barcelona being two potential destinations. Liverpool are determined to keep Diaz because of his importance to the squad. If Bayern are determined to pursue Diaz, they will need to raise their offer significantly, possibly reaching 80-100 million euros, a figure that is difficult to achieve in the financial context of German clubs.
