Condolences to the family of comrade Phan Dang Truong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of CAND Newspaper

It is known that Mr. Phan Thinh (alias Phan Minh Thien) is the father of Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dang Truong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of CAND Newspaper, CAND Communications Department; born on October 15, 1937; hometown: Son Tra Commune, Huong Son District (now Tu My Commune), Ha Tinh Province. Due to old age and poor health, he passed away at 7:50 a.m. on November 12, 2025 (September 23, At Ty year), at the age of 89.

Visitation from 1pm November 12 to 12pm November 13, 2025; memorial service at 1pm at hometown.

Burial at 2:05 p.m. the same day at Eo Am Cemetery, Son Tra (Ha Tinh).

The Party Committee, Editorial Board of CAND Newspaper, and all officers, soldiers, reporters and staff of CAND Newspaper would like to send our deepest condolences to comrade Phan Dang Truong and his family.
