Under the direct command of Colonel Ngo Van Hung - Brigade Commander, the brigade's forces were organized into directions, with tight command, and deployed tasks in the spirit of "racing against time". The troops urgently cleared mud, dredged sewers, reopened isolated residential roads that were difficult for motor vehicles to access; and ensured environmental sanitation in public areas.
At the same time, working groups went to each household with difficult circumstances, policy families, and lonely elderly people to help clean up their houses and collect property to minimize damage and help people stabilize their lives soon.
The work was carried out in complicated weather conditions, with storm No. 15 about to make landfall and forecast to directly affect Khanh Hoa province, requiring officers and soldiers to make the greatest effort, work continuously and urgently, without breaks.
