Brigade 918 successfully organized a cadre flight team.

On May 13, Brigade 918 (Air Defense - Air Force) organized a flight of officers. This was the first training flight of the Brigade to carry out missions at Bien Hoa airport. After a short time of moving units and new positions, the Brigade quickly stabilized its organization, staffing, accommodation, and activities for the troops. The forces proactively approached facilities, equipment, and weapons to organize and prepare for the flight of officers.

Understanding the meaning and importance of successfully organizing a flight crew at Bien Hoa airport. The Party Committee and Brigade Commander assigned tasks to agencies, units, and organizations to educate and raise awareness of responsibility and build determination for all officers and soldiers about the importance of the flight crew. Unit officers assigned specific tasks to departments and assigned individuals to be in charge of preparing each stage and step of the flight deployment closely and meticulously, in accordance with regulations and flight organization procedures. All preparations for the flight crew were carried out in accordance with procedures, without errors.

The brigade organized a pre-flight briefing.

With the attention and direction of the Chief of the Air Defense - Air Force Command, the Standing Committee of the Brigade's Party Committee, officers, pilots, flight crew members, the team of officers, pilots, technical staff and soldiers of the Brigade overcame difficulties at the new unit, actively and proactively in preparation, assurance and flight practice. The flight crew successfully achieved 100% of the plan, with absolute safety.

The Chief of Brigade 918 congratulated the pilots and crew members on completing their mission as officers.

Speaking at the briefing conference after the flight, Lieutenant Colonel Dao Ngoc Xuan, Political Commissar of Brigade 918, praised the officers and soldiers of the Brigade for proactively stabilizing the organization after the change of airport, doing well in all preparations and organizing the practice of the flight crew in a scientific and strict manner, achieving the set goals and requirements. The success of the flight crew affirmed the solidarity, unity and high determination of the officers and soldiers of the Brigade in organizing and implementing flight training, ensuring flight safety at the new airport.
