During the past term, the Party Committee of Brigade 962 and Party committees and commanders at all levels have always been united, promoted democracy, collective intelligence, promoted the sense of responsibility of individuals, focused on leading the unit to effectively implement the three breakthroughs and key political tasks. Combat readiness work has been strictly maintained, regularly organized and implemented plans, well handled situations in the area, and not been surprised. Closely coordinated with friendly units and local authorities to organize patrols and controls, contributing to maintaining political security, order and safety in the stationed area; training, drills, building regulations, and enforcing discipline have made much progress.
Party and political work achieved many results; logistics, technical and financial work ensured timely fulfillment of tasks. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party organizations at all levels were increasingly enhanced; always upholding the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, proactively overcoming difficulties, leading the unit to successfully complete the targets and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 17th Brigade Party Congress. In particular, timely handling of situations, avoiding passive surprises; training, drills, building regulations, and discipline enforcement had many positive changes, every year 100% of trained subjects met requirements, politicaleducation reached 100% requirements; ensuring good logistics, technical and financial aspects.
The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and Party cells at all levels have been enhanced, contributing to building a strong and clean Party organization, a strong and comprehensive Brigade, "Exemplary and typical", meeting the requirements of the task of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation. The unit regularly cares for policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions, requests superiors and mobilizes businesses to support funding to build and donate 3 Gratitude Houses, 23 Comradeship, Comradeship, and Great Solidarity houses for the beneficiaries.
