Proactive and creative
Thoroughly grasp Resolution No. 1658-NQ/QUTW, dated December 20, 2022 of the Central Military Commission on military logistics work to 2030 and the following years; Resolution No. 1656-NQ/QUTW, dated December 20, 2022 of the Central Military Commission on leading technical work to 2030 and the following years. In 2025, the work of ensuring logistics and technology for the tasks of the provincial armed forces will have steady development.
Implementing the emulation movement "The military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", with the motto "Proactive, economical, safe, effective", the Logistics - Technical Department has proactively advised the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command to lead and direct to ensure a good life for soldiers. Timely investing in purchasing personal and shared military uniforms, serving the training of reserve mobilization and militia and self-defense forces.
The organization received and distributed military uniforms to newly enlisted soldiers with 3,300 portions. The production increase movement was promoted in conjunction with building the unit's landscape and protecting the environment. The increase resulted in 2.6 tons of vegetables, tubers, and fruits; 29,475 kg of meat; 99,165 kg of fish; 41,985 kg of poultry, with a total value converted into profit of 101.95%.
Organized medical examination, treatment and medicine provision for 1,089 officers and soldiers. Conducted health check-ups, VAT vaccinations, HIV and drug tests for 378 new soldiers, maintaining a healthy military force of over 98.9%. Actively coordinated medical examinations and provided free medicine for 415 poor households and policy families on the occasion of holidays and Tet with 49,700,000 VND.
In particular, the movement of “Managing and using gasoline and oil safely, economically and effectively” has been closely implemented. Proactively receiving, managing and using gasoline and oil within the allocated quota and promptly ensuring that agencies and units can carry out regular and ad hoc tasks.
Fire and explosion prevention and fighting work is given special attention. Warehouses and gas stations are regularly inspected, and fire and explosion prevention and fighting equipment is periodically maintained according to regulations.
Improve the quality and efficiency of technical work
Along with logistics work, technical work has been deployed synchronously, firmly, with many innovations and creativity. The Logistics - Technical Department has proactively advised the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command to focus on leading the construction of a strong and comprehensive technical sector, successfully completing the tasks of managing, exploiting, preserving, repairing, and synchronizing all types of equipment and techniques (TBKT), well meeting the requirements of combat readiness, training, and exercises. The system of weapons and ammunition warehouses has been planned and built in accordance with regulations. The work of registration, statistics, management, and preservation of TBKT has been strictly implemented.
In particular, the Logistics and Engineering Department has promptly advised the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command to apply scientific and technical advances to the management of technical equipment such as: using data management and encryption software, helping to look up, compile statistics, and manage technical status quickly and accurately.
At the same time, advise the Steering Committee of the 50 Campaign, the Provincial Military Command to develop and implement the 2025 Traffic Safety Year plan with the theme "Safe journey, creating the future", develop and implement the Plan to implement Directive No. 31/CT-TTg, dated December 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the work of ensuring order and traffic safety for school-age children in the new situation.
The organization received 19 cars and 248 motorbikes and distributed them to 3 regional defense command boards and 124 commune and ward military command boards, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of agencies and units. The organization took 1,312 samples of propellants to send for chemical testing, technical inspection and quality classification of guns, artillery, equipment, ammunition, and group 2 military items, achieving 100% as planned.

Maintenance and repair of technical equipment are carried out seriously and regularly. Maintaining the routine of "Technical Day" and "Technical Hour", ensuring synchronization of technical equipment for combat readiness, training and exercise missions. Technical equipment repair facilities are fully equipped with tools, means, materials and spare parts.
Thanks to the synchronous and drastic implementation of many measures, the technical work of the provincial armed forces has had many positive changes, contributing to improving combat readiness, training quality, maintaining safety, synchronizing equipment and technology, contributing to building a comprehensively strong provincial armed forces that are "exemplary and typical".
Towards comprehensive modernity
In the context of the world, regional and domestic situation continuing to have many complex and unpredictable developments, the requirements for building and protecting the Fatherland, and local military and defense tasks are increasingly high. Along with that, the process of building the Vietnam People's Army "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern", towards comprehensive modernization by 2030, requires the logistics and technical work of the provincial armed forces to have new, more solid, comprehensive and effective developments, specifically:
Continue to thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; Resolution No. 1658-NQ/QUTW, dated December 20, 2022 of the Central Military Commission on military logistics work until 2030 and the following years and Resolution No. 1656-NQ/QUTW, dated December 20, 2022 of the Central Military Commission on leading technical work until 2030 and the following years; Directives of the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region Command, Provincial Party Committee and Resolution of the Provincial Military Party Committee. Focus on comprehensively innovating the logistics and technical sector in the direction of "Regular, advanced, solid and gradually modern", ensuring the tasks of combat readiness, training, exercises, force building and participation in socio-economic development, disaster prevention and control, rescue and relief in the province.
Strengthen and upgrade the system of warehouses, stations, barracks, clinics, logistics and technical facilities in a standardized, unified, bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe direction, in accordance with the overall planning for the construction of provincial military barracks.
Promote the movement to increase production in a sustainable and effective direction, proactively providing clean and safe food sources, ensuring self-sufficiency; closely combine on-site production with production links with localities and other units.
Strengthen management, preservation, maintenance, repair, and synchronization of technical equipment; strictly maintain the "Technical Day and Time" regime, and improve the technical coefficient of vehicle technical equipment.
Improve the quality of training, education, and development of logistics and technical staff at all levels. Strengthen political education, build character, qualities, sense of responsibility, creativity, overcome difficulties, and proactively complete tasks.
Carry out fire and explosion prevention, warehouse safety, ensure food hygiene and safety, and prevent epidemics. Do not allow unsafe situations to occur in the management, storage, and use of technical equipment and materials.
Strengthen inspection, guidance, preliminary and final reviews, and replication of good models and advanced examples in logistics and technical work; link specialized emulation movements with emulation movements to win and major military campaigns.
Promote the combined strength of all levels, sectors and forces; strengthen military-civilian medical coordination, effectively participate in the new rural construction program, take care of people's health, contribute to consolidating the people's hearts and minds, and build a solid defense zone.
