On the afternoon of June 13, the delegation of the XIV Congress Document Subcommittee led by Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee, permanent member of the Document Subcommittee - conducted a field survey at the FPT Da Nang concentrated information technology park.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan - Deputy General Director of FPT Corporation - said that the corporation is currently accompanying Da Nang in human resource planning, training high-quality human resources for the semiconductor industry and turning Da Nang into a "Silicon Valley" in Vietnam.

Many members of the working group of the 14th Congress Document Subcommittee raised questions related to human resource training in the field of information technology to be able to take shortcuts and take the lead in training and developing the production of semiconductor microchips.

In response, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan said that currently 10% of the group's employees are foreigners from more than 70 countries around the world .

The income of top experts and engineers at the group is on par with companies in the same industry in Japan, Italy, and Spain.

"Currently, the average income of a newly graduated engineer in the corporation is 10 million VND/month. As for experts, our top engineers, some earn more than 10 billion VND/year. Income is based on the products created, some experts even have higher salaries than the corporation's general director," Mr. Tuan shared.

Mr. Phan Dinh Trac assessed FPT as a leading corporation in innovation and pioneering in the field of high technology. At the same time, he affirmed that the pioneering role of this corporation lays the foundation for spreading and realizing the 4.0 revolution in our country.
