The Human Act Prize is a national award organized by the Nhan Dan Newspaper in collaboration with VCCorp Joint Stock Company, aiming to honor individuals and organizations that have made positive contributions to the community through projects creating sustainable social impact. In 2025, the award's theme was "Persistent Service," recognizing steadfast and enduring actions in serving the community, sometimes quietly but with widespread and lasting impact.
This year's final judging panel brought together many prestigious figures from both domestic and international backgrounds, representing various ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as leaders from major organizations. From over 27 outstanding projects selected for the final round, project representatives directly presented and answered questions from the judging panel before the official results were announced.

Within the broader landscape of sustainable social impact models, the Vietnamese Family Shelter program stands out thanks to its authentic, people-centered approach. The program focuses on portraying emotionally rich everyday stories, reflecting the resilience of families in overcoming adversity and the aspirations of children to continue their education, thereby conveying profound humanistic messages and creating a positive ripple effect in the community. It is this simple approach and emphasis on sharing with the community that earned the Vietnamese Family Shelter program recognition in the "Inspirational Project" category.
The "Inspiring Project" award at the Human Act Prize 2025 is not only a recognition for the Vietnamese Family Shelter program, but also reflects the persistent and unwavering spirit of social responsibility that Hoa Sen Group has pursued throughout its 24-year journey of development. These humanitarian journeys have become a unique hallmark, contributing to spreading the value of sharing and inspiring many individuals and organizations to continue working together on community-oriented activities.
"Vietnamese Family Shelter" is a program produced by Bee Media Company in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television Station, with the support of Hoa Sen Home Building Materials & Furniture Supermarket System (Hoa Sen Group) and Hoa Sen Plastic Pipes – Leading the Source of Happiness. With the mission of "Sharing happiness with the community," the program is a humanitarian journey continuing over 10 years of philanthropy by Hoa Sen Group. After more than three years of broadcasting as a reality TV show, the program has visited 28 out of 34 provinces and cities, supporting nearly 500 families to overcome adversity, distributing nearly 71 billion VND, and helping over 1,000 children continue their education.

Sharing his thoughts after receiving the award, Mr. Tran Dinh Tai – Deputy General Director of Hoa Sen Group – said that the "Inspiring Project" title at the Human Act Prize 2025 is a recognition of the persistent efforts of the entire team of the Vietnamese Family Home program throughout its journey of spreading humanitarian values.
“We are proud that the program not only brings hope and happiness to many disadvantaged families, but also becomes a source of motivation for Hoa Sen Group to continue developing meaningful community projects in the future,” Mr. Tran Dinh Tai shared.
The Deputy General Director of Hoa Sen Group also expressed his appreciation for the support of local government agencies, production partners, artists, and collaborating units that contributed to the program's widespread impact. In particular, he extended his gratitude to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group, Mr. Le Phuoc Vu, who has consistently led and remained steadfast in his philosophy of community-oriented development, along with the efforts of all the Group's staff.
“Finally, we would like to thank the audience for their continued trust and support of Hoa Sen Group throughout our journey. This trust is the driving force for us to continue implementing sustainable projects that bring positive and lasting impacts to society,” Mr. Tran Dinh Tai emphasized.
In particular, in recent years, Hoa Sen Group has expanded its social impact through the Hoa Sen Home Building Materials & Interior Supermarket System. With a modern retail model focused on consumer benefits, Hoa Sen Home not only provides comprehensive solutions for customers' homes but also acts as an extension, continuing the humanitarian mission that Hoa Sen Group has persistently pursued for the past 24 years. At the same time, Hoa Sen Home becomes a bridge for humanitarian communication, helping to spread charitable programs such as "Vietnamese Family Shelter" more widely.
