On the evening of January 23rd, in Hanoi , General Secretary To Lam, along with current and former leaders of the Party and State, attended a special art program titled "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party".
At 8 PM on January 23, 2026, at My Dinh National Stadium, a special art program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" was solemnly held to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam , and to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the Party's founding (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026).
The program is a cultural and political activity of special significance, organized immediately after the closing of the 14th National Congress of the Party to celebrate the success and widely publicize the meaning, scale, and major orientations of the Congress - a momentous political event that opened a new stage of national development.

General Secretary To Lam, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang, and other delegates attended the program.
Member of the Politburo and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc delivered a speech at the program.
The event contributed to creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and confidence throughout the Party, the people, and the armed forces, thereby promoting the early implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress. It was also an opportunity to affirm the great achievements after 40 years of implementing the Doi Moi (Renovation) process (1986-2026), to spread the aspiration of building a strong and prosperous Vietnam, and to consolidate social consensus, enhance national pride, and strengthen the people's confidence in the Party's Doi Moi (Renovation) policies.
Furthermore, "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" honors the revolutionary, cultural, and heroic traditions of Hanoi, arousing pride and responsibility in every citizen in the cause of building and protecting the capital - the heart of the country. Through this, cultural values are nurtured, the image of elegant and civilized Hanoians continues to spread, and the role and responsibility of the capital in the new era of national development are affirmed.
With the theme "Under the glorious banner of the Party," the program emphasizes the historical truth: All the miracles of the Vietnamese revolution stem from the correct vision and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The program contributes to strengthening national unity and creating a strong spiritual impetus, raising the enthusiasm of the entire society to enter a new stage of development.
The program "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party" was broadcast live on VTV1 and the digital platforms of Vietnam Television; and streamed live on the channels of the Voice of Vietnam Radio.
The program consists of three parts. Following the opening and ceremonial parts is an elaborately staged, modern artistic performance comprising three overarching chapters: "New Vision - New Miracles - New Era," titled respectively "Epic Song Under the Party Flag," "With the Party, Complete Trust and Love," and "Under the Glorious Banner of the Party."
The program concluded with a large-scale artistic fireworks display, a majestic symphony celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, ushering in a new era of prosperous, powerful, and happy Vietnam.
