The Front will build and operate a digital map on people's livelihood issues.

On the morning of January 14th, the 6th meeting of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 10th term, was held in Hanoi.

Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, presented a proposal seeking opinions on the draft Report on the results of the Front's work in 2025 and the Program for Coordination and Unified Action in 2026 of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The report states that in 2025, amidst organizational restructuring and a large workload, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations proactively, decisively, and flexibly followed the Party's leadership and the State's policies and laws, focusing on effectively implementing tasks according to the established programs and plans... with outstanding results and highlights.

This includes focusing on preparing and implementing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, within the authority and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Social supervision and criticism have been carried out in an increasingly systematic manner; the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels has coordinated the implementation of over 2,530 supervision activities and over 15,880 social criticism activities.

In particular, the Fatherland Front has coordinated the construction of 334,234 houses, worth nearly 24,762 billion VND, contributing to the successful implementation of the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide" in 2025. In 2025, the Fatherland Front system mobilized support of over 3,900 billion VND; received 1,380 billion VND through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee; and allocated over 833 billion VND in 10 installments, with the remaining amount to be allocated during the Lunar New Year in 2026.

With the initiative of the Vietnam Red Cross Society , the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations coordinated the fundraising campaign for the Cuban people titled "65 Years of Vietnam-Cuba Friendship". As a result, a total of over 656 billion VND (10 times the initial target) was raised, donated, and handed over to Cuba.

2026 is a year of implementing many important tasks in carrying out the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and organizing the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, for the 2026-2031 term.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front system focuses on implementing the coordinated and unified action program for 2026, concentrating on the implementation of the rights and responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in preparing and organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; successfully organizing the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the National Congresses of political and social organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and State for the 2026-2031 term.
