Simultaneously, the Quality Measurement and Standardization Technical Center 3 (QUATEST 3) - a unit under the National Committee for Standards, Metrology and Quality - also conducted an assessment and concluded, as stated in notification number 0009/N5.25/DG: the FLEXIO Fx799VN calculator does not have text editing functions, does not have a memory card for data storage, does not transmit or receive information signals, and does not record audio or video.
