Michelin Guide has "spread out" to evaluate
Michelin Guide representative revealed that anonymous appraisers have begun their journey to explore restaurants and eateries in Da Nang to select trustworthy addresses.
The assessment method is still based on five basic criteria, in the same way as applied worldwide.
Includes the quality of ingredients used, culinary skill, flavor harmony, the chef's personality expressed through the dish, and the consistency of the dish over time and across the menu.
The list of selected dining establishments is expected to be announced next June.
Da Nang is a culinary paradise
