From Ho Chi Minh City, the MIA.vn and Larita teams traveled to Dak Lak to donate backpacks to students at four schools in the province. This activity is part of the "Helping Children Return After the Floods 2025" program, aimed at supporting disadvantaged students.
Students face difficulties returning to school after floods.
Following the floods, many families in the affected areas suffered severe damage to their homes and school supplies. Backpacks, books, and clothing were the most damaged items, making it difficult for students to return to school.

The students receiving support in this round are mainly from disadvantaged families directly affected by the floods. The list of students receiving backpacks was reviewed and verified by the school in coordination with the local authorities to ensure that the donations are given to the right people and meet their actual needs.
Distribute 1,000 backpacks at 4 schools in one day.
On January 9th, the MIA.vn and Larita delegation departed from Ho Chi Minh City, traveled to Dak Lak, and visited four schools on the same day to distribute backpacks to students.

Early in the morning, the group arrived at An Ninh Tay Primary School. Because the school is located on a narrow street, the group had to walk into the school grounds. The primary school students quickly gathered, lined up neatly, and excitedly waited for their turn to receive their new backpacks.
Next, the delegation moved on to Nguyen Van Troi Junior High School. Although the facilities were relatively well-maintained, according to the school's administration, many students still came from disadvantaged backgrounds. The donation ceremony took place near midday, but the students remained serious, cooperative, and happily participated in the program.
This initiative, in collaboration with Larita and MIA.vn, aims to provide students in flood-affected areas with additional school supplies upon their return to school. Implementing the program at four schools on the same day allows it to reach a large number of students in a short time, aligning with the local context.
Specifically, the program distributed 351 backpacks at Tran Suyen High School, 200 backpacks at An Ninh Tay Primary School, 230 backpacks at Nguyen Van Troi Secondary School, and 230 backpacks at Luong Van Chanh Secondary School. The distribution was organized efficiently, with the coordination of the school principals and teachers, to ensure that students received the backpacks in full, to the correct recipients, and without affecting their study time.

According to school representatives, providing backpacks in the post-flood period helps students prepare their school supplies, thereby enabling them to quickly stabilize their studies and daily lives at school. This is considered a practical form of support, meeting the immediate needs of students affected by the natural disaster.
According to program representatives, MIA.vn plays the role of organizer and operator, connecting the schools. Meanwhile, Larita is a partner, responsible for designing and producing backpacks for the program, and also directly participating in the donation journey on the day.
