Michelin Guide has just announced a list of 5 delicious snail restaurants in Vietnam that domestic and foreign diners should not miss.
Vietnam never ceases to amaze visitors with every visit. From its beautiful rivers to its lush forests and vast oceans, its natural resources are abundant and full of fresh produce. You can find yourself at a trendy Tapas bar, sipping a glass of sangria and enjoying a delicious polbo á feira made with the freshest octopus from Ha Long Bay. Alternatively, you can pick out delicious snails from the Mekong Delta using a tiny safety needle at a small eatery in an alleyway with no English sign.
