This year's festival runs from February 18th to May 11th (corresponding to the second day of the first lunar month to the 25th day of the third lunar month of the Year of the Horse). The opening ceremony will be held on February 22nd (the sixth day of the first lunar month).
According to the Organizing Committee, the number of pilgrims visiting Huong Pagoda is gradually increasing before the opening ceremony. The noticeable changes are not only in the upgraded infrastructure, but also in the more organized service operations and the consensus of local people in implementing new regulations. All of this aims to build the complex of historical sites into a civilized, friendly destination that can be effectively utilized year-round.
At this point, preparations are complete, ready for the festival season with the overarching theme: "Safety - Friendliness - Quality".

According to Mr. Vuong Trong Dao, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Huong Son commune, in order to bring business and service activities into order, 218 stalls in the festival area have been planned and arranged rationally. 100% of business households have signed commitments to display prices, sell at the correct price, and ensure hygiene and food safety. Huong Son commune is also determined to put an end to street vending, eliminate unsightly temporary selling points, and restore a neat and civilized space to the historical site.
Acts of soliciting customers, price gouging, commercial fraud, or encroachment on historical sites will be strictly dealt with, contributing to building a healthy tourism environment. "The Organizing Committee has publicly posted the prices of entrance tickets and services; including free entry to scenic spots for 3 days (from the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of 2025 to the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026)," Mr. Vuong Trong Dao stated.
