The ceremony was attended by Ms. Huynh Phong Van – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Mau Phuong Quynh – Deputy Secretary and Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Dong Thanh Commune; Mr. Nguyen Le Trong Tam – Member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thanh Commune, along with leaders of the Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee, representatives of the commune's business association, heads and deputy heads of departments, and professional staff. Representing MISA were Mr. Le Huu Nguyen – Deputy General Director of the Group, and other leaders and managers of MISA.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Le Trong Tam – Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thanh commune – stated that after a pilot period at the Public Administration Center, the AI-integrated reception robot has proven effective in optimizing repetitive tasks and saving time for commune officials. He also expressed his desire to expand this model soon to accelerate the digital transformation process of the locality.
Previously, the commune's public administrative service center received hundreds of citizens daily, leading to overload, long wait times, and delays in some support processes. The introduction of the reception robot is expected to help reduce the workload for staff, shorten service delays, and provide a convenient and seamless experience for citizens.
The AI-integrated reception robot is capable of engaging in live conversations entirely in Vietnamese, guiding citizens to obtain queue numbers, and directing them to the correct document processing counter. The AI-powered robot also optimizes traffic flow and intelligently manages queues, reducing congestion during peak hours and significantly improving citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, the robot can assist with quick procedure lookups tailored to individual cases, advising on required documents, fees, and processing times. Thanks to its intuitive interface, clear voice, and natural interaction capabilities, citizens can easily complete all necessary tasks directly from the reception area. This represents a crucial step in bringing the public service experience closer to modern, friendly, and professional standards.
In addition to the Reception Robot, MISA also deployed the MISA OneAI system for Dong Thanh commune. This platform integrates multiple AI models, from ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, DALL·E… to AI models developed by MISA, all on a single system. This allows staff to flexibly apply AI models to handle professional tasks, saving up to 80% of costs compared to implementing them individually. The platform allows for departmental/personnel-based access control, setting usage limits, and real-time statistical monitoring; ensuring AI is used appropriately and effectively. Importantly, the system ensures data security as its infrastructure is located in Vietnam, maximizing data protection for agencies and units, and meeting the requirements for transparent and reliable operation.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Huu Nguyen – Deputy General Director of MISA – affirmed: “The launch of the reception robot and the MISA OneAI application in Dong Thanh commune today will create a new, modern, and friendly communication channel, helping people no longer feel apprehensive when carrying out administrative procedures. MISA believes that the pioneering model in Dong Thanh commune will be an inspiration and a model to be replicated in many other localities across the country.”
This event not only marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation process of Dong Thanh commune, but also affirms MISA's pioneering role in applying AI to practice, helping public administration and public services move towards a state of continuous self-operation. This contributes to building a modern and intelligent digital government right from the grassroots level. This is a step in implementing the spirit of Resolution 57 on promoting science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
