The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Vu Hai Quan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province; Ms. Tran Thi Quoc Hien - Director of the Department of Digital Economy and Society, Ministry of Science and Technology ; Mr. Hoang Ninh, Deputy Director of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, Ministry of Industry and Trade and leaders of departments, branches, and universities in the province. On the side of MISA, there was the presence of Mr. Nguyen Quang Khai - Deputy Director of Retail Solutions Division and representatives of departments implementing and consulting to support business households.
Within the framework of cooperation, MISA will coordinate with communes, wards and the Tax Department of Thai Nguyen province to organize conferences, seminars, and concentrated training; organize on-site training to guide on registration, declaration, and electronic invoice creation, ensuring that business households grasp the new regulations and implement them correctly, fully, and conveniently.
In particular, MISA is offering free sales software - invoice issuance - tax declaration MISA eShop to businesses in the province. MISA eShop is a platform developed by MISA Joint Stock Company - a technology enterprise with 32 years of experience in the field of finance - accounting, fully integrating 6 operations in a single application: sales - invoice issuance - tax declaration - digital signature - tax payment via Mtax portal - electronic accounting books. Each software package given includes 5,000 electronic invoices, 1 year of digital signature and 3 months of free use of MISA eShop software with full features of sales management, revenue tracking, inventory, debt, automatic and timely tax declaration and payment. In particular, thanks to direct connection with the Mtax system, business households can complete the "Declare - Sign - Submit" process on just one application, helping to save time, costs and minimize errors in the tax declaration process.
Notably, the software integrates electronic accounting books to help businesses automatically record revenue, expenses, profits/losses, forming a valid set of accounting books, serving tax inspection, borrowing capital and business expansion.
In parallel with the software support program, MISA also launched a 60-day peak campaign determined to cover the whole country to accompany business households in switching from lump-sum tax to declaration in the spirit of Decision 3352/QD-CT issued by the Tax Department. With the slogan "Going to every alley, knocking on every door, going to every market stall", thousands of MISA officers are closely following 34 provinces and cities, directly consulting - guiding - handing over free software to help people get acquainted early, declare correctly, pay taxes correctly, and be ready before the lump-sum tax is abolished on January 1, 2026.
In addition, MISA has built a "Knowledge Warehouse for Easy Tax Declaration - Peace of Mind Sales" with more than 1,000 articles and instructional videos, organized a livestream series to directly answer new tax policies, and maintained an online consulting community to help businesses receive quick and timely support.
