The record model recreates the largest exhibition complex in Southeast Asia and Top 10 in the world , with professional advice from folk cake artisan Tran Thi Hien Minh and Saigon Professional Chefs Association, implemented by the professional chef team Lac Hong Palace - Hai Phong City.

The model of the Vietnam Exhibition Center made from 410 kg of sticky rice and 100 kg of beans has set a Vietnamese record.
With a scale of 1:10 compared to the original, the model is nearly 1.8m long, 2m wide and 80cm high, and was made in 3 consecutive days, from cooking, dyeing, molding to assembling and decorating details.
The entire body of the model is shaped from 410kg of bright red sticky rice cooked from yellow sticky rice, while the details of the patterns, domes and surrounding landscape are meticulously handcrafted by chefs from 100kg of green beans and white beans, recreating the work with natural colors and structures simulating real architecture, while ensuring durability, the highest aesthetic quality and food hygiene and safety.
The performance and record setting took place within the framework of the Food Festival "Autumn Delicacies - Cheer Fest 2025" with a scale of up to 4,500 seats, taking place from October 26 to November 4. Here, visitors can experience "A round of Vietnam - Autumn Delicacies" with full specialties of 34 provinces and cities such as: Lang Son roast duck, Nghe An eel soup, Quang Tri noodle soup, Da Lat Artichoke Pho...
