From the products of 16 teams from luxury resorts and restaurants, the chef team from Pullman Danang beach resort won the championship with the dish "American chicken rolled with rice from ST25 rice".
By combining Vietnamese and international culinary ingredients, the winning team conquered the judges with their cooking techniques, creativity and flavor balance.
The chef team from the French restaurant Le Comptoir won the first runner-up position. The jury also decided to award the second runner-up position to Danang Marriott resort & spa, Melia Danang beach resort.
Chefs from these two establishments earned high marks for their exquisite culinary techniques, unique creativity and consistent quality of dishes.

Danang Professional Chef Competition 2025 organized by the units at the 5-star Furama Resort Danang is a culinary playground gathering talented chefs. The competition also helps promote the positioning of Danang as a culinary tourism destination.
The event was jointly organized by the Danang City Labor Federation, Hotel Association, Furama Resort Danang, Horecfex and Danang Culture - Cuisine Association.
The event attracted more than 1,000 attendees.
