Not only is it a familiar dish on the family dinner table, fried spring rolls, also known as spring rolls, ram, are also a familiar appetizer in many eateries and restaurants across the country. The crispy outside and the smooth taste of pork, shrimp, vegetables, and spices are what "capture the hearts" of diners near and far. Fried spring rolls are often served with spicy mustard greens and sweet and sour fish sauce. They can be used as an appetizer or can be included in dishes such as grilled pork vermicelli or with white rice.
