A section of Pham Hong Thai Street (Hai Duong City) becomes a one-way street.

Prohibit all vehicles from the intersection of Independence Square to Pham Hong Thai Street.

Currently, the renovation work of the Independence Square area ( Hai Duong City) has been basically completed. Specialized agencies have installed a road signaling system and adjusted the traffic organization in this area.

Accordingly, a section of Pham Hong Thai Street (from Bac Son Street to Doc Lap Square intersection) is adjusted to a one-way street. All vehicles are prohibited from traveling from the Doc Lap Square intersection to Pham Hong Thai Street.

Previously, Pham Hong Thai Street was a one-way street for cars. From now on, it will be a one-way street for other vehicles as well.

In the coming time, the City People's Committee will assign the City Police to strengthen propaganda and traffic guidance. After the propaganda period, the City Police will strictly handle violations.
