A foreign corporation franchises 2,000 Green SM taxis of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong

(NLDO) - The franchisee will use 2,000 electric vehicles and will soon expand in this market.

On October 13, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, General Director of Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM) - the operator of the Green SM electric taxi service, said that the Green SM brand has just signed its first franchise contract in the international market.

This is a cooperation deal with Xentro Group, a large multi-industry corporation in the Philippines, paving the way for 2,000 SM Green electric taxis to operate in this country, marking an important step in the journey of expanding the Vietnamese electric taxi brand to the region.

According to Mr. Thanh, more than 2 years ago, Xanh SM also had a franchise contract in Vietnam with Lado taxi company.

Up to now, from a taxi company facing many difficulties, Lado Lam Dong has a fleet of nearly 2,000 electric taxis operating and has become an inspirational story for nearly 100 partners.

"The fact that a Vietnamese brand is franchised abroad is not only a milestone, but also the beginning of the journey to bring Xanh SM to the world , where we will continue to accompany hundreds of partners in many countries in the near future," Mr. Thanh confided.

Green SM present at Indonesia airport

Previously, Xanh SM simultaneously launched electric taxi services at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), Jakarta - Indonesia; then in Makassar City, Indonesia's major commercial center and seaport and at Depot, Bekasi - an area of ​​Greater Jakarta.

This October, the company will continue to deploy in Surabaya, Indonesia's second largest city, an economic and industrial center.
