MSB launches M.Digi Bank automatic transaction point

MSB's M.Digi Bank transaction point is served 24/7 with a modern, professional space with the STM (Smart Teller Machine) automatic transaction machine system. This is one of the most modern automatic transaction machine systems in Vietnam with a simple, friendly interface, and at the same time integrating many modern technologies to help customers easily and proactively operate, saving transaction time instead of doing it at the counter as before and completely assured about security.

In addition to performing functions like a regular ATM, when coming to an M.Digi Bank transaction point, customers can deposit cash directly into their bank account at the STM machine by selecting the deposit transaction feature on the main screen, entering the account number and transaction content, then inserting money into the machine and confirming the amount, the amount is immediately recorded in the account.

In addition to the deposit feature, STM allows users to withdraw money without using a physical card thanks to the code withdrawal feature. The operations are performed easily and quickly but still ensure absolute security, customers will log in to the MSB mBank application and create their own code to withdraw money. In parallel with STM, MSB has also deployed the cardless withdrawal feature at all 263 ATMs nationwide, applicable to customers with accounts linked to debit cards at MSB bank. Customers can also share the withdrawal code with relatives through the cardless withdrawal feature by entering the relative's phone number in the code generation on the MSB mBank application.

In addition to the two deposit and withdrawal features that have been completed and are in operation, MSB will upgrade and deploy other features on STM such as opening accounts, upgrading e-KYC accounts, changing customer information, checking, opening savings books... through identity authentication using CCCD and phone number.

Currently, STM machines have been deployed in major cities such as Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong... to meet the maximum financial transaction needs of customers. For customers experiencing M.Digi Bank's automatic transaction point for the first time, MSB coordinators will directly guide and advise on usage.

With the desire to accompany and support individual customers to access preferential capital to meet the needs of improving the quality of life, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) announced a further 2% reduction in mortgage interest rates for individual customers. This is the fourth interest rate reduction adjustment by MSB since the beginning of 2023.
The program is applicable until December 31, 2023 for individual customers who need to borrow mortgage loans for the purpose of buying a house, repairing a house, purchasing household appliances, studying abroad, paying tuition fees, etc. With an attractive interest rate policy, customers will be able to borrow capital with preferential interest rates from only 8.99%/year, loan term up to 35 years and principal grace period up to 24 months.
Preferential interest rates, quick procedures and the possibility of borrowing online are the plus points of the MSB credit incentive program being implemented, bringing customers convenience in transactions.
Previously, the Bank also implemented two policies to reduce lending interest rates for existing customers, the total interest rate customers are reduced under the two programs is 1.5%/year compared to the current interest rate. In addition, in July, MSB also reduced the base lending interest rate to 1% for small and medium-sized enterprise customers.
MSB's interest rate reduction is in response to the policy of the National Assembly, the Government and the State Bank, with the goal of removing difficulties for the economy and at the same time supporting customers who have accompanied MSB throughout the past time.
