While many places are bustling with New Year preparations, the Mang Den plateau quietly enters its most beautiful season of the year.
The forest changes its leaves, sprouts new shoots, and transforms colors simultaneously, creating a scene like a "flower blooming" in the vast wilderness, causing anyone passing by to slow down and gaze in admiration.

Along the winding stretch of National Highway 24, through the Mang Den pass, patches of forest shimmer with a golden hue. This isn't the color of blooming wildflowers, but rather the changing colors of the leaves. The vibrant colors of the autumn foliage across the hillsides create a breathtaking spectacle.
Amidst the golden backdrop are vibrant red, pale green, and deep purple sprouts, interwoven to create a multicolored tapestry. Seen from afar, the entire mountainside resembles giant flowers blooming in the early morning sun.
In the morning, when the mist still lingers, the forest seems to be draped in a thin veil. Sunlight filters through the new leaves, highlighting patches of changing colors.
Standing at a high vantage point and gazing down into the valley, visitors easily feel as if they are lost in an oil painting, where the masterful artist, nature, freely mixes colors in its own unique way.
In the area at the beginning of Mang Den commune, thousands of round, full tree canopies are arranged side by side, looking from above like giant, colorful "cauliflowers" stretching along the slope.
The changing of the leaves occurs almost simultaneously, creating a powerful visual effect. Many people witnessing it for the first time cannot hide their amazement at the pristine beauty of the plateau.
The changing colors of the forest are not limited to just one corner; they spread throughout the center of Mang Den. The roads leading to Dak Ke Lake, Pa Sy Waterfall, and Khanh Lam Pagoda are immersed in the colors of the most beautiful season.
During this Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse, tourists come to Mang Den to relax, leisurely drive around in the cool early spring weather, and fill their lungs with fresh air.
Parking your vehicle anywhere along the road allows you to gaze into the hazy distance, admire the morning mist drifting by, and clearly feel the rhythm of the Mang Den plateau transforming.
Just in time for the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, the changing leaves of the forest will become even more vibrant and "timely," allowing visitors to appreciate the unique beauty of the Mang Den national tourism center.
The gentle shades of pink, interspersed with the yellow, red, and green of the young leaves, make the plateau landscape even more poetic.

Mang Den invites visitors to come and admire the forest this Tet holiday.
According to the Mang Den Tourism Association, many tourists have already booked rooms and chosen Mang Den as their destination for the Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse).
Those seeking tranquility, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, are instead treated to breathtaking scenery by the vast forest.
Mr. Ho Quang Thien (from Ho Chi Minh City) brought his whole family to Mang Den for an early Tet holiday. He shared his surprise at seeing such a colorful forest for the first time.
"Standing at a high vantage point and looking down, the mountains and forests are interspersed with a multitude of colors, as beautiful as in a movie. Celebrating Tet in this setting gives a very different feeling, both peaceful and full of life," said Thien.
The changing colors of the leaves not only create a rare and beautiful landscape but also affirm Mang Den's appeal on the highland tourism map.
In the early days of the new year, when nature is in harmony, walking amidst the blooming forest offers a relaxing and memorable experience.
Mang Den welcomes visitors to celebrate Tet at a slow pace, close to nature, and leisurely admire the forest leaves "blooming".
